Daryz wins the G1 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe

Daryz wins the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe for the second straight year

Daryz made racing history at Paris Longchamp on October 4, 2026, by becoming the first dual winner of the race since Enable in 2017 and 2018. He is now the ninth two-time winner in the event’s history. Ridden by Mickaël Barzalona and trained by Francis-Henri Graffard, the four-year-old superstar, who raced in the famous green and red silks of Aga Khan Studs, overtook the long-shot Bay City Roller in the final stages of Europe’s richest Flat race. This remarkable victory recalls the legendary Alleged, trained by Vincent O’Brien, who achieved the same feat in 1977 and 1978.
